Usage Instructions

• Assemble the leg frame, rolling wheels and foldable side shelves following the instruction manual.
• Prepare separately purchased propane regulator and gas hose, connect the propane tank to the griddle gas inlet, and perform a gas leak test before ignition.
• Unfold the two side shelves for food prep space, lock the transport wheels to fix the griddle in position.
• Turn each control knob to ignite the corresponding burner, preheat the stainless steel plate for 10–15 minutes to reach ideal cooking temperature.
• Adjust each burner flame power independently for different cooking requirements, arrange ingredients evenly across the large flat cooking surface.
• Guide excess grease into the built-in drain hole during cooking to simplify post-meal cleaning work.
• After cooking, fully close the propane tank valve, wait for the griddle plate to cool completely, scrape off food residue and wipe the whole unit clean.
• Fold side shelves flat and store the griddle in a dry covered area when not in seasonal use.
