Product Overview
This lightweight tabletop 2-burner gas flat top griddle is an ideal compact cooking solution for small family patios, camping trips, RV travel, tailgate parties and mini food stalls. Equipped with two independent burners delivering 11,000 BTU each for a total heating power of 22,000 BTU, it comes with a heavy-duty 3mm thick food-grade 430 stainless steel cooking plate measuring 454×375mm, capable of preparing burgers, pancakes, fajitas, seafood and breakfast foods in small to medium batches.
Two front control panel finish options are available: premium SS430 stainless steel or scratch-resistant black high-temperature powder coating. The ultra-slim single carton design achieves extremely high container loading volume, effectively cutting unit shipping costs for outdoor gear retailers, catering suppliers and bulk resellers.
Key Features
Dual Independent 2-Zone Heating, Total 22,000 BTU Output
Two separate burners each produce 11,000 BTU, with individual chrome control knobs for independent temperature regulation. You can set high heat for searing steaks and burgers, low heat for warming finished dishes, or balanced medium heat for vegetables and flatbreads simultaneously. Uniform flame distribution eliminates cold spots, ensuring consistent cooking results across the entire flat surface.
3mm Thick Solid SS430 Stainless Steel Cooking Plate
The cooking surface is built from heavy 3mm food-safe 430 stainless steel, much thicker than thin flimsy alternatives on the market. Dense thick metal retains heat steadily and resists warping under long high-temperature use. A built-in edge grease drain hole collects excess cooking oil to prevent messy spills, and the smooth flat surface can be quickly scraped and wiped clean after cooking. Raised surrounding lips stop grease and food from splattering off the griddle.
Two Optional Durable Control Panel Finishes
Choose from two long-lasting front panel styles to match different sales markets:
- SS430 stainless steel panel: Anti-rust, fingerprint-resistant metallic finish with premium appearance
- Black high-temperature powder coated panel: Matte stain & scratch resistant coating that hides grease marksLarge ergonomic chrome knobs deliver smooth, precise flame adjustment with clear heat markings for simple operation.
Space-Saving Portable Tabletop Compact Build
Overall compact dimension 565×494×245mm fits neatly on picnic tables, RV countertops, balcony surfaces and mobile catering workbenches. No bulky supporting legs or storage cabinets are attached, making it lightweight and easy to carry for outdoor travel. The slim body takes up minimal storage space during off-seasons.

Usage Instructions
- Place the tabletop gas griddle on a flat, stable, heat-resistant outdoor surface, keep safe clearance from flammable walls, plants and furniture.
- Connect a standard propane gas cylinder to the unit’s gas inlet port and test for gas leaks before ignition.
- Turn each control knob clockwise to ignite the matching burner; preheat the stainless steel plate for 8–10 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust each burner’s flame power independently for different cooking temperatures, distribute food evenly on the flat griddle surface.
- Guide excess grease into the built-in drain hole during cooking for easy post-meal cleanup.
- After cooking finishes, fully close the propane supply valve and wait for the griddle plate to cool completely before scraping food residue and wiping the unit clean.
- Store the griddle in a dry covered area when not in use to extend the service life of metal components.
