Usage Instructions
- Soak the larch wood plank in clean water for 30 minutes to slow down burning.
- Lay salmon flat on the board and fix it tightly with the stainless steel fish bone rack.
- Clamp the plank vertically on the grill edge with the adjustable metal bracket.
- Cook over indirect low heat until the fish is fully tender.
