Usage Instructions
- Assemble the wheeled base, side tables, storage box and lid following the step-by-step manual.
- Connect a standard propane gas tank to the griddle’s gas inlet, check for gas leaks before ignition.
- Turn each control knob to light the corresponding burner, preheat the cast iron surface with the lid closed for 10–15 minutes.
- Adjust each burner’s flame power separately to match different food cooking needs; place ingredients evenly on the large flat cast iron surface.
- Use the side tables for food prep, store seasonings in side buckets and hang grilling tools on the side hooks.
- After cooking, let the griddle cool fully, scrape food residue off the cast iron surface and wipe the whole unit clean. Cover with the lid for outdoor storage.
