This flaming salmon smoker board is a professional outdoor barbecue tool specially designed for vertical indirect smoking of salmon and seafood. Each 2-piece set includes solid larch wood planks, stainless steel fish-bone fixing racks and heavy-duty adjustable mounting brackets.

Usage Instructions
- Soak the larch wood plank in clean water for 30 minutes to slow down burning.
- Lay salmon flat on the board and fix it tightly with the stainless steel fish bone rack.
- Clamp the plank vertically on the grill edge with the adjustable metal bracket.
- Cook over indirect low heat until the fish is fully tender.
